Once your booking is made, our exceptional office team meticulously reviews every detail of your request. This includes verifying the address, your home's size, any pets present, and noting any specific requirements you may have. In some cases, we might suggest an in-person estimate to ensure alignment with the work scope and your preferences. Following this, you'll receive a confirmation indicating that everything is in order and ready to proceed.

To ensure you don't overlook our scheduled date, we'll send you emails and texts - a moment when our clients often break into a little happy dance. :)


2. We meet your home

On the day of your cleaning, our field team, carefully selected for your specific home, will arrive at your doorstep. You'll recognize them by their distinguished navy shirts adorned with golden star logos. Expect them to be the most amiable service personnel you've encountered, warmly greeting you with smiles. Their first task will be to assess your home, ensuring we can accomplish the job within the allotted time frame and to your satisfaction. If additional time is required, our office will promptly contact you to discuss suitable options and the optimal plan. Our aim is to create a delightful experience for you, and a significant part of that involves aligning our resources with your needs.

We meticulously choose our staff for their compassion and intelligence, and we truly value them. While they're in your home, please ensure their comfort by maintaining a pleasant temperature, securing any pets (which also ensures their well-being), and eliminating any biohazards (such as animal or human waste, insects, etc.). Reducing clutter is also beneficial as it allows us to access surfaces requiring deep cleaning.


3. We apply magic to your home!

At this juncture, you can trust us to care for your home as if it were our own. We dedicate ample time to ensure every surface gleams. Our approach to cleaning is meticulous, infused with a level of care akin to tending to our own family's space. Once we've completed our work, we'll eagerly present the results to you and inquire about your satisfaction. Should we have missed something, please don't hesitate to inform us.
